The base of this beauty was hand woven in Ecuador. We call it Panama straw. It offers excellent sun protection. Is a comfortable weight in a soft and pliable straw.
The color is a dark red - brighter than wine but not a bright lipstick red.
The brim is 3.5 inches wide so you will have lots of shade for your face. Trim is a matching red rose - 5 inches across.
Panama straw is less stretchy than other fibers so it is not possible to size it much larger than it already is. This one measures 23".
Please measure your head around your forehead just above your ears and send me your head
size when ordering. I will need to make adjustments for slightly smaller sizes.
