This lovely beret has the interest on the top of the hat so it is mostly visible from behind and the side. The stretchy, 100% wool base has been steamed and babied until it is lofty and full. Then stitching was applied to the crown .
The color is red - tending towards orange - the stitching is multi-colored wool yard that appears as a soft
brown/green against the red. Quite lovely!
This hat is partially lined with rayon to give it more body and to help prevent the dreaded "hat hair".
This one is very full and quite large. It will fit head sizes 22.5 to 23.5 - possibly even larger. I can adjust the head size for a smaller head with a little elastic. Just let me know. -
