The base is 100% wool that has been knitted and felted. They are lush and full before I work on them - then they bloom. It takes hours of tending to get them blocked just right, but it pays off in the way they look on you. They are soft and fold the way you want them to look.
With a bit of tissue inside they can ride in your suitcase.
This "Marigold" is decorated with hand stitching. In addition it has a partial lining of bemberg rayon to give it stability and reduce the impact of hat hair.
It will fit up to head size 23". If you head measures less than 22.5", let me know so that I can
size it to fit you. There is no charge for this service.
