The hat base is fine quality Panama straw ( hand woven in Ecuador) Brim measures 6.5" from base of the crown. Brim is supported by a light weight flexible material so the angle can be adjusted. In the photos the left side has been turned up. It looks great with the brim down all the way as well.
The hat band is a cotton print . The large cherry is from my vintage stash. All the work from blocking to inserting the head size band to applying the trim has been done by hand.
Will fit head size from 22.5" to 23" It will sit lower on the 22.5" head. I can add an extra ribbon inside the head-size band if your head is smaller than 22.5. The mannequin in the photo has a 22" head and the had it quite low, but still works.
